1. Digital Download & Instant Access
When you pay for the 4-Week Beginner Calisthenics Program, you receive instant access to the digital materials (workout plans, videos, PDFs). Because the content is provided immediately after purchase, the service is considered “fully supplied” at that moment.
2. No Change-of-Mind Refunds
As permitted under UK law for digital content supplied immediately, we do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind or decide not to use the program.
3. Faulty or Mis-described Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for digital content) you have a right to a remedy if the content is:

Not as described;

Not fit for purpose; or

Not of satisfactory quality.
If you believe the digital content does not conform, you must notify us with details of the issue, and we will, where feasible, repair or replace the content. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction, which in some cases may be a full refund.
4. How to Request a Remedy

We aim to respond within 14 days and fulfil any remedy within a reasonable time.
