Conditions
By purchasing, enrolling in, or using my online coaching services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
-
Personal consultation & goal setting.
-
Bespoke weekly workout plan (2–6 days per week, updated weekly)
-
Meal guidance (not medical nutrition advice).
-
Weekly personalised video check-ins.
-
Video call check-in every 4 weeks.
-
Progress tracking, and adjustments.
-
Mindset and habit coaching.
-
WhatsApp messaging support (responses within 24 hours, Mon–Fri).
Training types may include:
Strength & resistance, calisthenics, cardio, functional fitness and core training.
2. What’s Not Included
-
Professional dietary advice (The Coach is not a qualified dietitian/nutritionist).
-
Physiotherapy or injury rehabilitation (The Coach is not a physiotherapist).
-
Pregnancy-specific training.
-
Medical diagnosis or treatment.
-
Prescription of supplements or medications.
-
Mental health counselling or therapy.
-
Guaranteed results — The Coach will provide the tools and support, but progress depends on the Client’s effort, compliance and consistency.
3. Add-Ons and Modifications
The Client may request additional sessions or program modifications during the contract.
All agreed changes will be confirmed in writing via email or message and will form part of this agreement. Additional fees may apply.
4. Payments & Duration

This is a 12-week minimum commitment.
-
Payments can be made in full, or by a weekly/monthly plan with the minimum deposit required.

All payments via Stripe (invoices or recurring billing).
-
Late payments of more than 7 days will incur a £10 late fee.
-
Services will be paused until payments are up to date.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
-
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no services have yet been delivered.
-
Between 48 hours and 14 days, partial refunds may be granted. The amount refunded will depend on services already provided, including but not limited to: consultations, program design, plan delivery, and check-ins.

No refunds after 14 days — program credit may be offered in exceptional cases (e.g., illness).
-
You may cancel at any time, but after 14 days, any outstanding balance for the 12-week program remains payable.
-
Missed or skipped check-ins do not qualify for a refund or program credit.
-
All cancellations must be in writing (email, messaging or WhatsApp).
-
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that coaching services and program design begin immediately upon purchase, and therefore the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law does not apply in full.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Be honest and accurate with the information you share about your health, goals, and lifestyle.
-
Follow the program and safety guidance.
-
Communicate promptly about injuries, health changes, or challenges.
-
Submit your weekly check-in on time (Saturday/Sunday).
-
Attend scheduled video calls.
-
Ensure you have a safe workout environment and appropriate equipment.
7. Coach Responsibilities
The Coach agrees to:

Provide a tailored program suitable for your stated goals and current ability.
-
Monitor and adjust the program based on your progress and feedback.
-
Give feedback and accountability through weekly check-ins.
-
Be available for WhatsApp messaging support (reasonable response times apply).
-
Keep your personal data private (see Privacy Policy below).
8. Liability Waiver
The Client understands that all exercise carries a risk of injury.
By signing this agreement:

The Client confirms they have completed a PAR-Q truthfully and disclosed any medical conditions or injuries
-
The Client agrees to consult a doctor before starting if they have any health concerns.
-
The Client accepts full responsibility for their participation.
-
The Client releases the Coach from liability for injuries except where caused by negligence.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
The Coach will collect and store the Client’s personal information (e.g., contact details, health data, progress tracking) for the purposes of delivering their coaching.
The Client’s data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except:

With the Client’s written consent.

If required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns).
The Client may request deletion of their data at any time.
10. Termination
Either party may end this agreement with 7 days’ written notice.

If terminated by the Coach, any future payments will be cancelled.
Immediate termination (no refund) may occur if:

There is abuse, harassment, unsafe behaviour, or repeated breach of terms.
